And she's amid decent company, so far as she knows. Lucina stuffing her face sort of reminds her of Merrill, or Bethany on one of the rare birthdays Mother had a chance to bake for. It's cute. ]

Our theme is "animals", hm? You'd look stunning in antlers. Or maybe a giant boar's head as a hat.

[ There are very brightly colored magazines laying around, with fashion and relationship and sex advice, and Lavi is lounging in a chair, boots on a table, thumbing through one. As fun as the sex tips are, the whole thing is... not helping his view of humanity.

He looks up when he hears Pepper fretting. ]
