He's got a stick in one hand and he's drawing something in the sand. He's very clearly focused on what he's drawing. Occasionally, he reaches up and blurs out what he's written with the heel of his hand then re-draws it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If one stands over his shoulder and looks, his sand drawings are clearly plans for some kind of shelter. He's taking their mission seriously, not necessarily because it was dictated to them, but because he wants to be prepared. No one will be surprised that he was a boy scout when he was younger. ]&lt;/small&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.dreamwidth.org/tools/commentcount?user=randomizing&amp;ditemid=2782" width="30" height="12" alt="comment count unavailable" style="vertical-align: middle;"/&gt; comments</content>
